Many members in the community offer their skills and services, therefore our work can be quite far reaching! The Covid pandemic limited the wellbeing activities and programmes we offer, especially those face to face. We’re delighted tat our work is coming back! We offer several whole body wellbeing activities through Tai Chi and Mindfulness Meditation.We also host a Reiki share (hands on healing) once a month. We are a CPCAB (Counselling and Psychotherapy Central Awarding Body) registered centre and offer the Level 2 Effective Listening Skills Course. We feel that a listening community is one that is able to hear and understand each other. This course is the bedrock for the Listening Project and we hope that volunteers in other projects will benefit from it.

Silent Action is a twice weekly group meditation for peace. Every Monday and Thursday we meet on Zoom for 20 minutes to sit for peace. Our work began a few days after the outbreak of war in Ukraine and Russia in 2022. We bear witness to all world conflicts. If you’d like to join, email us from the Contact page.
